

I feel really good about myself. I don't need my blood pressure pills anymore . I now, actually, love to exercise plus I really enjoy my food.I've lost 21kg/46 lbs/3.3 stone.

I will never go on a diet ever again. I am so thankful I did this programme. I have ended the diet cycle for ever.Losing weight and centimetres has never been so easy, it's like a switch has been turned on in my brain.I no longer have the previous anxiety around food and weight gain .Now I can enjoy and look forward to each day without worrying about how 'fat' I am or feeling I have to wear baggy clothes to hide the lumps and bumps.I'm feeling more confident which shows in my face and the clothes and colours I now wear. I am more assertive and no longer feel I mustn't 'rock the boat' or have to 'keep the peace'.

In just six weeks on the programme I feel so much more positive about myself, positive about how I look and positive about everything in my life. I have learnt to like myself again. I loved being part of the group and felt very supported. Ive learnt to listen to my own body instead of what I've been told.

I not only lost weight but I also found my voice and confidence in myself again. Having been in the military for 30yrs I needed to de- programme and find out who I am again. I now know that I have an opinion and I can speak it and be heard. I highly recommend this programme. The best & worst part.....no rules !
