Terms and conditions for use of The Way Beyond Diets Website

 

Our Commitments To You

   

  1. When you join the programme we will do whatever we can to make this programme as easy as possible for you.
  2. We do our best to respond to your e mail enquiries within 48 hours of receiving them during weekdays( NZ time). Should you not hear from us please send us another e mail incase the first one has not arrived.
  3. Please tell us if you have any problems with the website or with the programme or if you are struggling with any part of the programme or website. We will do our best to help you resolve any issue related to the programme.

 

Our Responsibilities

  1. We commit to doing everything we can to keep the website up to date and in working order.If you do have any problem with the website please go to the Help page first and if you still can not work the site please contact us.
  2. Support programme: Our coaches commit to communicating with you through what you have told us is your preferred way of communication.However should there have been an error in writing your e mail or telephone number or skype address and you do not therefore hear from your coach please contact her yourself.
  3. We, obviously, can not  take responsibility for the outcome of your six week journey. However we give you everything possible to help you achieve your goal.
  4. We provide a considerable amount of support within the structure of the programme. However if you are needing more support or help when difficulties come up we suggest that you see a counsellor or psychologist in your area or you contact us for additional one on one support with Dr Caroline for which there will obviously be a seperate fee. At the moment her fees are $100 per hour. This programme is not a substitute for personal counselling. If you have any risk of self harm please seek professional help from your doctor or counsellor immediately.

 

Your commitment to yourself

  1. We ask that you listen to the podcasts , guided relaxation processes and fill in your work book daily during the six weeks. We have seen a direct correlation between those who have made a commitment to the programme and their success with it. This programme is designed to fit into your daily life and only requires 15 to 30 minutes per day plus daily exercise.
  2. If you have any issues or problems or concerns we ask you to please let us know. Please do not struggle alone. If you do contact us by e mail or skype message and you do not hear from us within 48 hours during the weekdays please contact us again. Occasionally e mails go astray and we don't receive them.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY

To make the support group safe for you and for others we ask that you maintain complete confidentiality. This means that you are welcome to share your own personal experience with those whom you chose to do so. However please do not share what others share about their personal journey. This respect for yourself and others allows people in the support groups to be more open and honest which usually allows everyone greater success.

 

Your commitment to us and the programme

  1. Our programme is copyrighted.  Please do not sell or reproduce it and please do not share the content with others.  You are welcome to share your experience of your journey with others but please respect our copyright.
  2. If a family member or friend want to do the programme please let them join the programme themselves.  Please do not share your password with others. For people to be successful in their own journey one important part is for them to make a commitment to themselves.Our experience has shown that when people make the commitment to joining  the six week programme they have a much higher probability of success than by reading a book or listening to a CD or listening to part  of the programme . In the programme your coach is also here to help you keep on track.

 

Should you decide after joining that you do not have the time or do not want to do it :

Due to the nature of the programme we do not refund in part or full once you have joined. Once you have joined we give you the whole programme which you are able to download onto your computer and or MP3 player. For this reason once you have joined if you change your mind about doing the programme we do not refund the fee. We have given you as much information as possible on our website to make an informed decision as to whether this is the right programme for you. Also for many people overeating had become an addiction and with letting go of any addiction some people can have times when they are less motivated.

We provide a support programme for you. Should you not have time to join the support programme or do not want to be part of the group we can not refund part of the fee.  Our coaches are paid for everyone who joins their groups regardless of whether the person responds to e mails or attends their groups. They do their best to encourage you to attend but ultimately it is up to you to decide to attend the groups or not.Some people do not want to join in group work and we respect this. Since we live in New Zealand for those in other parts of the world we make every effort to fit in with your time zone and we give you two or three options of times in your time zone between 8am till 8pm. However if you can not make these times we will need to find another way to support you such as e mail. We only work between the hours of 8am till 7pm NZ time. For everyone who has joined the programme so far from overseas we have been able to work out a good time for contact.

We want you to succeed in this programme and become the size and shape that you want. Good luck with the programme and we hope you enjoy it.
