In my quest to help them this programme was developed. I help people take charge of their health and to reach their goals in a more self respecting kinder way.
This programme evolved by noticing what people do naturally when they don't have a weight problem and the differences in behaviour with those who have struggled with their weight. The differences are interesting. They are not what most people initially expect.
This six week weight loss programme helps you to develop a healthy and peaceful relationship with food and eating and to allow you to to be happy and comfortable with how you want your body to look so that you can step out of that extra weight that you were carrying and step into your new look....your new shape and size and for this to feel good for YOU.
The programme is designed to fit into your daily life. Daily podcasts of 5-15 minutes and guided relaxations are one of the key parts of the programme. There are no special foods, no special supplements and no added costs.
